While we are glad to refund or replace your product, we are unable to refund shipping charges. Product exchanges or returns must contain at least one half the amount of volume of the original product shipped, and will only be eligible for an exchange or refund at the discretion of Company. Company reserves the right to not offer this exchange or refund to users suspected of abusing this return policy.
